*blinks* Wow. This was incredible, on so many levels. The complete disparity between Ianto and Jack (this was one of the best depictions of Agenda!Ianto I've seen), your handle on Owen's voice, Gwen confiding in Tosh, and the absolute chill you get from the last line. It almost makes me afraid to ask if there's a sequel coming.

Thank you very much! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed it, especially Agenda!Ianto. Much as I love Jack/Ianto fluff, I can't help but think that there must be more going on there than meets the eye.

As for a sequel -- there should be at least one follow-up, of sorts, in the near future.

This is a great fic - you've got a good handle on all of the characters, and the darker themes in it (Ianto's motives, everyone's general screwed-upness etc) are unsettling, but not overstated. IC and plausible.

Thank you very much! I'm glad that it didn't stray too far into the melodramatic -- I prefer to write fics that I'd call 'gritty and realistic' rather than outright 'dark'.

as much as i like the angst-with-sweet-ending and fluffy fics, this was really great. heh. it'd be wrong to say more "realistic", right? *grin* maybe more "likely in the actual plot".

I'm not averse to angst-with-sweet ending and fluff myself! I agree, though -- in this particular case, I find it hard to think that there isn't something going on below the surface...

That was quite scary, actually. Very in-character but Ianto was so cold towards Jack. I seriously had shivers running down my spine when I read that bit.
