Recently, I stumbled upon a list of 100 novels that BBC designated as books that everyone should read. After searching through my memory and my library, I came to the realization that I simply have not read enough.

Perhaps it should be a personal goal to read a novel per month...

Fate is certainly a mistress with a twisted humor. How is it that one can move 8000 kilometers from his past only to find the last person he wishes to see meters in front of him? Though I suppose there is a lesson to be learned here: to not flee from one's past as it always finds a way to catch up.
