Late as usual - Thankful for all

First day
First day was interesting and odd. this new primary facility has only been inhabited for a few weeks so much of the infrastructure has not been put in place - no cubicle walls or even a coffee maker yet. Separates
I was surprised that it was only in 2006 that we bought our "new" recliner couch as it appears to be dying already. The seats have sagged onto the supports to the point where fileg's legs were hurting her so much that she was about to burst into tears. After the blinds man visited...
The Rubick's Den project has again uncovered the bookshelf full of audio cassettes (filk, folk, homemade... and an original "Introduction to Macintosh" tape that came with our Fat Mac). Thought I would restart the digitizing project. Nope. Tape deck's belts have gone flooby after sitting for a couple of years. Now need to measure & buy new belts ( Read more... ) -
It WAS time to call it a day
Years ago, Adobe's EyeWire brand marketed stock media and distributed periodic catalogues. They also had a sense of humour and would often include tongue in cheek articles in the catalogue.
