Everything is so tense & everyone is wound up as tightly as springs. I'm very excited & worried at the same time, but so far my exams have all gone well. This whole affair seems to be rather out of sorts. & everyone is talking about it, too. Even the library is filled with gossip & I think Madam Pince is rather put out.

There's a mystery cat wandering around the girls dormitory. I don't think he belongs to any of us girls, at least none of us in this year. Is anyone missing a white cat with fawn coloured patches?

This whole project seems more suited to be a bulletin board, I think.

Yesterday evening I had the chance to really watch one of those TV boxes with Millicent and Lisa. Apparently they do not shrink Muggles to fit inside of them, it's all some sort of brood casting system they use to beam the same thing to television sets everywhere.
