She's staying at her late uncle's, where I am prone to eating (oh, no, not eating!), so I'm still living with him because I value ~controlling~ my ~intake~ so damn highly. What else is new?
*Hugs back* I'm actually coping with the separation rather gloriously. It's Em (she's just a kid, Dad, you asshole) and Mom about whom I'm worried.
Dad still thinks he can be active in his addiction and have a doting wife, too. News flash: It took her a long time, but Mom finally learned her worth. She learned that she is worth more than your spending her money to overdose and leave me to babysit my sister and deny all of it in a couple of days.
Not to be a hypocrite or anything. (Being an addict is one thing, and living with an addict is another, but both? That's one wild ride.)
