Ah, poor Jack, who handles loss so badly and has experienced so much of it. Lucky for us that being omniscient (at least within the SG-1 universe) allows us to know that the breaking of him will be the making of him, and that being with Sam will go a long way to making him whole.

As to being nervous about writing (or at least posting) M? No worries. Very appropriate, because Jack, being such a guy would let it slip in just this way.

[Having said that, you will notice a rather glaring lack of explicit material in my work. Do as I say, not as I do strikes again!]
