Awww! Jack's girls getting all protective, and Jack heading for the hills (okaaay! the gym!) to avoid it. It's one of those aspects of his personality that would be transcendant even through the brain injury. Jack likes to protect, not be protected.

Do you recommend reading the Bits and Pieces series in a certain order for someone who's just stumbled this way?

Good question. lol. ;) Well, I haven't written the series in any order, but it certainly helps if you've read Changes. Have you? :) All the B&P fics take place before or after that, and I usually note a vague timeline where the summary is. Hope that helps! :D My brain refuses to give me B&P plot bunnies chronologically. D'oh.
