By the time he's done arguing with them, you could rent a car and be most of the way there, no? You know how airlines go. And considering the weather in OR, driving might be easier.

To a point: only 2 flts a day there, a 12 hr drive, we're on east coast time, and the one way day rates for rental cars are obnoxious.
