Why is this hotel so noisy?

[ooc: Hiyoshi has been fed the SuperCoffee and  hasn't been able to sleep for a couple of days. As a result he's having a huge migraine and gets irritated by the slightest noise.]

I've not been around much lately because I've had to help out at the dojo, since Aniki had to go on some trip to a martial arts symposium in China. Well, he's back now, so it's time to get back to the office.
