Rockman's comm had been set up to tell him when he got a message, so he was quick in getting to his hand-held. After reading it, he grabbed a few things he might need before tracking the signal.

And it'd taken a while but he finally spotted where the signal was supposedly coming from. The glowing was a little worrying but Rockman approached anyway. "..Aile?"

MegaMan grinned as Rockman approached. It was good to see him here, after all. Someone else with the same goal, with the same motivations. Someone who'd supported it.

Someone who probably knew where she could find a few more targets, besides. She'd close her eyes in greeting as well, but they didn't seem to want to cooperate at the moment, so she waved instead. "They're all dead!" Her voice had a sing song quality to it. She had everything to celebrate, after all.

Rockman winced. Now that he'd calmed down, the reality that people were dead hung over his head. It wasn't like he could of told her not to kill them, they had killed her dad and probably many others. Telling her that then wouldn't of worked and telling her now wouldn't either. She'd been through too much, even if she was acting happy.

"What was with the message? You had me worried." He didn't wave back and stopped a few feet away, tilting his head at her appearance.

"Message?" She couldn't blink right now, but she tilted her head even so and there was more than a bit of confusion in her voice.

"I don't remember sending you a message. Although, since you're here now, I guess I could use your help with something?"

"..Aile? It did happen. I was there, I-" he got cut off as Aile squeezed harder and he squirmed a bit. "Aile, you're hu-" and he was cut off again as she stared at him. He pulled back some, gauging how tight she had him. "Aile?" He stared back at her. Now this was not right.

She wasn't letting him going anywhere, that was for sure. She wasn't quite holding as hard as she could, but if he was getting hurt, then she couldn't really justify squeezing harder.

She wasn't letting go without a fight, though. He needed to love her, but he didn't anymore. Because he hadn't seen what she had. But he needed to, had to. He was her friend, and she needed him to like her again. She needed him to learn.

"That's a silly name, don't you think, Rockman? I'm MegaMan, the hero who protects everyone. Just like you. Or like you should be."

She tried to keep any hint of accusation of her gaze, because all Rockman deserved right now was pity. And a chance to see what she had.

He really wanted to call up his armor but there were two reasons that he couldn't. One, he was to close to Aile, he'd get an error. Two, it might be seen as an attack. He just had to trust that she wouldn't crush him.

If he knew what she was thinking, he'd tell her how much he cared about her. That he didn't want her getting hurt and was only telling her these things to help her. It wasn't the best time to say them, sure, but he didn't want something happening that couldn't be reversed because he didn't say them in time.

"I think Aile is a nice name. Will you please be Aile, take a brake from being MegaMan? And I'm not a hero, I only do my best."

He'd stopped squirming and just tried to stay still.

On some level, she knew he probably didn't like staying with her too much. So she went back to petting him, for the moment, she'd just have to find some kind of interface, some better way to share him when than talking, he wasn't listening to talking, he wasn't getting verbal explanation.

But she loved him, he was her friend. She smiled at him some more, grinning at him some more. Always such a joker. This is why she wanted one.

"You ARE a hero, Rockman. You don't know it yet, but you're just like me. And why should I take a break? Someone will try something else, and I want to be able to stop them."

Jess was in the Nexus looking for Rockman, mostly because she was worried and didn't want Proto to worry either. Sadly she has no clue what's going on with Rockman and Aile right now.

"Hey, Rockman?" She was still a bit away from where the two were, but she'd within hearing range.

Uh-no. That was the first thought that went through Rockman's head. He didn't know how Aile would react to Jess. But at the same time it might help her. "Yes?" he called back calmly.

At the voice, MegaMan felt her body inexplicably pull Rockman even tighter. She kept trying to find words, to look for something to say, but that annoying voice in the back of her mind was getting stronger and stronger. She gritted her teeth and braced her heels, trying to keep it from doing anything, but still it managed to get out one barely whispered word.

"...Jess?" The voice -- the voice had a name, and it wasn't going to give that up.

"Uh... It's almost supper, you coming home?" A lie, as she spotted Rockman and headed over, not even noticing Aile.

Until the other girl said something, Jess wasn't sure what. And then the fact that it's Aile hit her. "... Uh."

At the call Rock gladly gave control back to Rockman.

"I'm here! MegaMan, cut it out! I've got an idea to split you apart. But I need to get something and for you to work with me. Can you do that?" He had pulled back and was holding onto her arms to make sure was looking at him and paying attention.

She was looking at him, and she was curious, though her eyes still couldn't convey expression directly. MegaMan shrunk back a bit, unlike Aile, she wasn't sure she trusted Rockman, but... She certainly didn't want to go on sharing the same headspace, either. And given how dreary things looked around here... maybe it was time for a change of scenery. She nodded, not having to fight against Aile for once, and in return let her complete a full sentence uninterrupted.

"Okay. Okay. But you can't leave." If he left, she'd be alone. She COULDN'T be alone, not now, not ever.

He wasn't sure if this was going to work, and even less sure that MegaMan would like the idea, but it was all he had at the moment and they needed to be split up.

He sighed but nodded. "You can come with. But you can't wear armor to my house. If we get spotted with you like that it won't turn out well." Luckily, everyone else was at Xao's for dinner but Rockman wasn't gonna take the chance. And it was also a prefect opportunity to get her to call back her armor.

"Take... I can't do that, Rockman. I can't." MegaMan fought back Aile's attempt to protest, she KNEW that it wouldn't work. The emptiness was where the armor used to be, and if she put it back before she took over the rest of her mind... she couldn't.

Aile wanted to disagree, but MegaMan thoughts were too strong for her to even voice anything, so she just shook her head a little more and clung to him even tighter. He was going to LEAVE if she didn't take her armor off, wasn't she?

Rockman jumped a little at what happened and grabbed MegaMan's arm. "Let her go! If you need to hold on to someone you can hold onto me! If you are a real hero, you won't hurt Aile. She's not a bad guy!"

MegaMan WAS a hero. She knew it. But if she held onto Rockman and not Aile -- she grabbed him, anyway, but gently, because he'd said gently, and she let him grip on Aile so that her headmate would stop SCREAMING already. Because heroes only did that to people who deserved it, and she had to grudgingly admit that Aile wasn't. She didn't let go, though. She was afraid to.

((Uh-no.... >.>; I replied to the wrong thing. When you get back on you can delete the mess ups if you want and I'll fix my posts. If not, that's fine too and it'll just be out of order a bit. ^^;;))

"Can you hold onto just me? I won't let you go. I think Aile needs a break. And we can all go look for the Livemetals together. That way it's not so empty in here."

((It looks alright like this, I think~))

"I... you won't open up. How do I hold onto you if you're keeping yourself so cold?" She frowned at him, how was he going to help if he didn't even understand anything? But she grabbed his arm again anyway. Maybe this would all work out somehow. And then Rockman would stop trying to do -- whatever he was doing. She didn't know whether to trust him.

But she wasn't nearly sure about it. He and Aile were talking, and they weren't telling her anything.
