Yesterday I baked a red velvet cake from scratch! Boo-yah! Made the cream cheese frosting from scratch, too. It came out pretty good. Look!

I used to make red velvet cakes when I worked at Safeway. It involved going to the freezer and taking them out to defrost.

What tool were you using to frost with? Something flat like a knife is the best.
