 As we all know there's an Avengers movie coming out soon.  My family got out of the habit of watching superhero movies, and now its time for us to catch up.  What are the must-see Marvel movies (and the must-avoid Marvel movies) and what order should they be seen in?

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that the US live action version of Akira may be shelved.  The Vancouver production office is reportedly being shut down, and one source claims Warner Brother is balking at the current 90 million buck price, wanting it to be 70 million or under.  Hard to imagine doing a movie like that with a budget like that.
