I hate waiting for service people. They give a seemingly random window of time in they promise they will come and assure you that they will call. Then nothing. I was promised a Dell service guy today while he may indeed arrive, no one has called. Add this to the fact that the landscape guy we are having do some cleanup has cancelled three times
