Talk to Ari's mom about pork... I think she does something where she marinades ribs in sprite and then after 2 hours she puts them on the grill with a meat tenderizer, garlic powder, onion powder, and tartar rubbed in and then when cooking on the grill she puts a BBQ ontop of that.
