HOLY CRAP. This is brilliant. What if, since he commissioned her and without his intervention she wouldn't be as she is now, Loki actually considers Mjolnir as one of his kids?

One day Tony meets a gourgous dark haired woman dressed in peculiar clothing that only shows no skin, and she carries her hair so that only one half of her face is visible. He can not help but be intruiged and starts flirting like crazy.
Turns out she is Hela, queen of the underworld... And Lokis daughter. Turns out neither papabear!Loki or protectiveuncle!Thor is very amused by the idea of Tony seducing his daughter/niece.
All those stories were spread out for a reason. (Mentions of torture, norse myth etc...)

I've just finished reading the Elenium trilogy by David Eddings for the umptheen time, and a part in the first book caught my attention. It's where the main character explains to another character that the rumours about his order mercilessly tourturing people for information is false, and they spread it out themselves. Because if people feared that they would do it, they would talk much easier. So I was thinking:
What if Marvel!Asgard spread out the rumours (myths) about Loki on purpose. The tied-to-rock-with-poisonous-snake, thing killing/banishing his children, sewing together his mouth. Because if Asgard was willing to do that to their prince.. Imagine what they would do to /you/!
The Avengers finds out about this when villian of the week, would rather kill himself than being turned over to Thor, like what happened to Loki at the end of the Avengers movie.

Like in the comic books, Bor (that's Odin's father for you) didn't die, but got turned into living, magical snow during a battle on Jotunheim. His snowy flesh was blown away by the icy wind and his flakes spread all across the realm.
One day, a single flake of magical Bor-snow landed in Laufey's food.
Nine months later came Loki.
Do with it whatever you want. Does Odin know? Does Laufey? Do they find out? What happens when they do?
Title says Gen but really, any and all ships are welcome, as well as none at all.
