FILLED: A Boy and his Gun (R rated)rillaliciousJuly 13 2011, 05:46:49 UTC
Tim's guns get him laid. This is not a mystery. It's something he's known ever since he picked up the title of sniper. It's not something he's proud of, or something he likes to flaunt. He doesn't want to bring home a girl who's there because the thought of him handling his gun makes her hot. Or worse, a girl who thinks fucking him will get her a chance to handle it

I love this. Like, I haven't been super into Tim fic, because really he's the least developed character on the show. But this, this is just right for him. And it makes me want to give him big big hugs. <3 Yay!

Awww, thank you! <3 I have no idea where it came from. I was about to go to bed and it started going through my head all at once and I just had to write it down.

OMG OMG OMFG--::flails massively::
This is, holy shit. This is literally everything I wanted and more. I love how you just get Tim with so few words, and I loved how his resolution of not caring as long as he gets laid breaks with: "Tell me about the last man you killed. Did you shoot him through the head, just like in the movies?"
Goddamn indeed. This was perfect--PERFECT. Thanks so much for filling it. <3

Oh, YAY! You liked it! This prompt just grabbed me the second you put it up and wouldn't let go. I'm so happy that what I came up with was what you were hoping for! <333

I love Tim. Maybe because we can project onto him whatever we want because the show tells us so little about him.
Sometimes I see Tim as cool and very sniper-like, but here, Because it's not going to happen like this, not with the vivid picture of Doyle Bennett's fucking face in the back of his mind as she rides him. it IS affecting him, which is good. There should be thought when life is taken, even scumbag Doyle Bennett's life.
Loved this, too: Once again, Raylan's issues wheedle their way into everything. That shit still makin' you hard? No, sir. No, it is not. I love Raylan, but truly, the entire Lexington Marshal's office has to be sick of it.

Thank you so very much!
And yes! I think that even though it's not always Raylan's fault (that poor boy is such a victim of circumstance sometimes), the rest of the office has to be rolling their eyes hard, lol.

Just echoing what others have said, but wanted to also give you my kudos for one of the best brief fics I've ever read. This is concise and precise and you say a lot in just a few paragraphs. You've quite succinctly captured the essence of Tim, and what I imagine he's feeling post-all-that-shooting he had to do in season 2.
