Melanie Shouse was an activist who was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 37, and died last month at the age of 41 after her insurance company overrode her oncologist and refused to pay for a new course of treatment

Why do we keep hearing GoP soundbites of how much the people reject health care reform, and so little of how many are demanding it? I don't understand. I read about all the people who support it, I see the stats, but it's like the democratic leadership isn't talking about it while the GoP leadership misses no chance to get in front of a camera and say their bit.

I don't get it.

Although yesterday during the Health Care Summit, Pelosi, Reid, and Obama called individual Republicans out on their lies, refuting them with facts. I haven't checked the papers yet to see if that will get much play.
