Oh, by the way: we can't get Smallville now, because stupid Time-Warner wouldn't make an agreement with CW, so we're not getting the channel now. I need to see if they're showing it on the CW website. We're considering switching to WOW; Time-Warner is pretty crappy.

Well, yeah. Between all the herbidces and pesticides used on family farms such as the Kents' which wind up polluting the water, and Luther and Queen Industries paving over wetlands and using Smallville as their personal industrial waste landfill, that place should be declared a Superfund site.

And then there are those who say that the freak meteor storms in the area have contributed to a rise in cancer in Smallville and Metropolis, but there's not a lot of hard science to back that up.
