If you want a relationship and he doesn't then there won't be a relationship. Simple as that. I'd keep being friends, though. Just friends. No cuddle-buddies, it'll only make you feel miserable in the end. And I refuse to let you get your hearth broken.

I know you're right I just wish everything didn't remind me of him. I can't even listen to Billy Joel anymore lol. Maybe things will work out and if not he's graduating in two months and moving to DC. :/
