I posted this to my own journal one week ago but I'd like to share this with you guys. :)

Here's my very first tutorial, so don't be cruel. ;) I made this for Paint Shop Pro 9 but I believe it's easy to translate to another versions and programs (like photoshop cs). Feedback would be nice!

how do u add a texture? i keep saving them as pics..then i try and save them as txt or wut ever the tag is fer textures but theyre never there...im using ps elements right now though...im upgrading soon!

I save them like a image too ^^ and I add them to the base as a image. So like here, you open the texture >> add it like a image >> and set it to soft light. :) It works as well Photoshop CS. I have it and I believe it should work with Elements too.
