So I've been working on this technique for coping with all of the uncertainties and negatives in my life. I like to call it, "suck it up". It works pretty well most of the time, but it has the unpleasant side effect of me no longer writing as much. In retrospect, I think there is some justification in that I just had a 31 hour shift with a two hour nap in the middle.
