I introduced a friend, J, to Livejournal today and realised how I had dwindled into random diatribe these days and how little productive time I had spent on fandoms.

What was I thinking?!

Fandom, it's such a fickle thing these days, or at least my corner of it...here's hoping the Hobbit wakes a few people up in fandom, and introduces some new blood.

That is the sad thing - there is only one fandom that I can actually completely obsess over, but Tolkien fandoms have been rather quiet of late. Sigh..

I should take up the OEAM challenges...

I have stuff to write a plenty, I just need to get the motivation stirring and back...

Tolkien's my first fandom, the only one I've ever written fanfiction for and I've never really left. I've read other fandoms, but Tolkien...can never stray too far.
