[There's a clatter as a few books and papers fall to the floor along with the journal. The power surge, as it were, caught Susan by surprise, and she stumbled and caught herself on her desk, her balance being severely out-of-whack due to a magic/spirit-power-induced headache. I only barely felt it, so I haven't been able to figure out where it came from. If it wasn't for the Network lighting up with confused posts I would have just written off completely.
