Galwyn is confused, skittish, and four-legged. He's been turned into a horse (a lovely chestnut Arabian stallion to be precise), and is unable to communicate much or figure out how to change back. Galwyn is no longer a statue, he was just recently restored by Aslan. He's still a little disoriented and confused by everything. For now, though, he's just standing with Ravus near Percy's, stroking and brushing him and giving him treats. Galwyn has run afoul of Jadis, and now there is a new lawn ornament near the edge of the grounds.
