This has been a long time coming, I've been casting and recasting these characters for years, ever since I've read the novels. This is by no means the ultimate version, and I'm sure I'll be changing my mind many times over, but for now, they are my cast, my dream cast. I want this series to be made into a tv show so much, I'd give up any other tv

You have the wrong pairings. It's Wedge/Tycho and Wes/Hobbie OTPs. Duh.

Just because those are the OTPs doesn't mean I don't sometimes ship others. I mean, the entire OT4 is quite lovely (that's the Fab Four, Wedge/Tycho/Wes/Hobbie). But yes, Wedge/Tycho OTP liek freakin' woah. I've read a *quote* on Wookieepedia about them being on other sides of a war and I cried. A quote.

Yeah, I know, there's only 16 years difference between Mark and Sarah, so *barely* possible and not even really. But I wanted Mark Sheppard as someone (in keeping with him starring in every sci-fi and geeky show I love XD), and he has the right acting skills for Booster...

I take comfort in the fact that Hollywood age casting is always screwed up and Jeffrey Dean Morgan plays Jensen Ackles' father in SPN while being only twelve years older than Jensen XD.

In other words: you're totally right, but I choose to live in La-La-Land \o/
