I've always suspected Pellew knew darn well what was going on...

Interesting take and one I've not seen before. Well done for bringing fresh insight into the story - who says this fandom is passe?

I just love your Captain Pellew and how he secretly knows everything and seems to thoroughly enjoy himself! And it's easy to imagine that he should know about anything that happened between the boys - didn't he himself say that nothing aboard a ship was outside the captain's control?

"Well sir, Mr Kennedy kissed me so I thought is best to hit him. Although if I am being honest sir really I wanted to kiss him back and never let go."
That is so, so sweet! I'm a squeeing puddle of delight.

Awww thanks. This is such a lovely reworking of this story. Of course I always suspected that Pellew would have a fair idea of what's going on.... ;)

This makes for a very interesting companion piece, of course Pellew knows about Horatio and Archie, he'd be a fool not to know, yet he can't ever admit he knows.
