I have never had to deal with toll roads until I hit West Virginia. It's a foreign and bizzare concept and I'm against it because have you noticed that the tolls roads are ALWAYS SHIT?! argh! It's like "Oh, we need money for the roads. Ignore that our toll roads look like FUCKING SWISS CHEESE!"
