So life has been interesting as of late. I'm now a single man, and while it's a good thing, it's also weird. After 5 and 1/2 years, and being in a completely different living situation, and a different, well just different everything. It just takes some getting used to. R.I.P. Kat
my friend Kat Lucas died of Loin Pain Hematuria Syndrome, a disease afflicting fewer than 200 people world-wide on thursday night. i was informed friday night. she was 25 yrs. old. unfortunately i won't be able to attend the funeral, as it's in AZ. if those of you who actually read this could just please send positive energy to her family i would ( Read more... ) -
past and future
so last nite i went out after work to play poker with my friends. i bought in for $80, was up about $200, and then proceeded to lose it all. i've decided that my friend Lee is my cooler. rite after he arrived i started to lose. not necessarily to him, but still losing. then again at least i only lost $80, as there were people that lost more that ( Read more... ) -
my weekend
i went to DE to visit my dad this weekend. i was also able to visit my grandmother as she moved into a nursing home down there about 6 months ago. this was her idea to be closer to my dad, and i think she seems to be pretty ok with it, although there are some things she's not too crazy about. for the first time in my life, my dad actually let me ( Read more... ) -

My Wknd
so my wknd went basically as planned. i saw Christine on fri. played Wii, watched movies, etc. then Sat. i went to Shea, and the Mets won again, there 8th in a row at the time. then off to see amalthya. i had such an awesome time with her and Adam, playing GHIII, and also having really wonderful conversation. sun., after being driven back to NJ by ( Read more... ) -

a day off!
so i had a day off of work today, and of course they tried to call me in. luckily for me i had plans already and didn't go in. i went to my tattoo shop today, and made an appointment for a week from tuesday, yay! then i went off to the mall, and i saw a cop on a Segway. coincidently i've been marathoning Arrested Development, so it was fucking ( Read more... ) -
coming and goings
not a lot has happened since i last posted 8 months ago. the construction took close to 6 months. one of my cat's unfortunately passed away at a young age. i've worked a lot. at work i'm gaining more responsibility, which i like for a few reasons. one, i really love my job. two, it helps me slowly push out Rob.
