fortuitous timing: I just bought some tahini with the intention of making hummus. I'll have to try this out -- I've made hummus before and it has never turned out well enough for my liking. And I'm pretty certain that Sunflower Kitchen slightly altered their recipe when they changed their labels, even though they say they didn't.
