Regarding further restoration of Soul Society following the events of January 6th.
The blood and remains of the monsters, as we know, were toxic. Although there is not an exceptional amount of exposed soil and water in Seireitei, the North Gardens have certainly been adversely affected, as well as many parts of Rukongai.
I request that someone from the 12th Division be sent to investigate the contamination and give solutions as to how it can be purified before planting starts in the spring. I conditionally volunteer the North Gardens for your research.
