It's like saying, "It's all your fault that I broke up with you because of your flaws that you can't help and I can't deal with, you made me do it, but now that I'm all better I'll throw you a bone, I actually did care about you after all." Ugh, isn't this the excuse abusers use on their victims?

WORD! Wordy McWorderson. Woooord.

Laughs at Lily: "Do you see forever with Reid Oliver?" Holy toledo woman, Luke is 22, not 42! they haven't been on a date! How many horny 22 year old guys who hasn't gotten any in months are thinking forever with someone before even going on a date with them???

Seriously, right???

Noah, a lot of people talk about being a passive-aggressive, self-entitled douchebag but you do it. "I hope our relationship is strong enough to work through this." Huh? You don't have a relationship. You and Luke broke up after you made it abundently clear that you blamed him for your blindness.

Such a douche!!!

"Her son mentions how amazing he finds it that someone like Reid could like him and instead of feeling horror that someone as wonderful as her son would be shocked by someone liking him, she gets all huffy with him because she wanted him to have a "Love that Lasts Forever.""

full of win. I never even realized that before, how she ran right over Luke's obvious self esteem issues.

Then when Noah suddenly decides that he doesn't hate Luke with the burning hotness of a thousand suns, Reid just decides that whatever was brewing between him and Luke doesn't stand a chance.

*wibble* He's just...gah! Love him! Luke needs to pet him and hug him and then have lots of hot sex with him!

I didn't watch her storyline and I have no idea what's happening with her right now, but in these scenes she reminds me of those mothers who were never ballet dancers so their daughters have to be ballet dancers. "YOU AND NOAH HAVE TO WORK. YOU HAVE TO BECAUSE HOLDEN AND I AREN'T SO YOU HAVE TO OKAY!".

Yeah, there were A LOT of parallels drawn between Lily/Holden and Nuke during this time. The writers clearly just didn't know where the hell they were going. Thankfully, they realised how awesome Luke and Reid are together and gave Noah the flick pretty soon, but you could tell they were trying to use the comparison to Lilden to make audiences nostalgic or whatever.

It's also unfair to ask "Do you want forever" when they're not even dating as of yet. Of course he doesn't know. Who the hell would? It's such a childish view of the world coming from an adult, like "I saw him and I knew we were forever and ever!" . It now makes sense that we all like Reid and his realism, including Luke, because everyone else is living in a Disney movie. ( ... )

Well to be fair, "forever" in Lilyspeak usually means six months...tops. :)

ROOFTOP!LUKE! oh how i adore you, you were so awesome. so so so awesome.

this episode was too douche heavy and that microphone scene was sooooo cringe worthy. why is it that Nuke stuff is so cringe worthy? i don't think i ever thought it was before. thank god Reid came along and showed me the error in my ways.

but i love the look he gives Luke when he cups his cheek in his hand. so intent and dreamy. also that eyesex he gives Luke when leaving TD's room. omg, so HAWT. "panty melting hotness" indeed! lol...

Soooo many Nuke scenes are cringeworthy! A lot of their kisses, their attempts at sexy talk, the bed jumping. They're like dorky teenage friends, not hot lovers.

oh good lord, the bed jumping! no it's not true that Reid showed me the error in my ways...i knew a lot of their interaction was cringeworthy long before he showed up. especially every time Luke had to be a doormat and apologize for every little thing to please Lord Douche.
