I get so much second-hand embarrassment from Noah's 'dream' - It's just so bad. And then I think; If that 'dream' is the range of Noah's artistic vision as a film-maker, he has a bright future as a Barista in L.A.

The way Reid turns his head away because he can't bear to watch Luke and Noah at 3:34 breaks my heart. I know how you feel, Reid, that's what I do whenever I watch Noah's "dream."

Two things kill me about this episode:

1. What a great bedside manner Reid has. He's so tender and calming and funny with Noah ("Keep those funny images in your head").

2. How clueless or in denial Luke is. C'mon, Luke, Katie probably doesn't even know that Reid kissed you once and tried to kiss you again but even she knows that he likes you! And those heated glares Reid gave you when he first entered the room and saw you with Noah and after you said bye to Noah? That is the very definition of jealousface! Very different from madatblackmailerface!

Okay, a third thing: I love Katie in this!

He has been really good with Noah.

How clueless or in denial Luke is.

I know! It is pretty clear how Reid feels (even Katie can see that), so Luke is in deep denial not to sense why Reid was so short and rude to him when he saw him with Noah.

The only way I can make sense of that is to figure that Luke's been clueless (in total denial, probably) about this thing with Reid up until the kiss in Dallas one or two days before the surgery, and he's still got a LONG way to go towards admitting to himself that there is really anything going on.

IMO, Luke was aware that he had feelings for Reid before the Dallas kiss, but wrote it off as being a harmless crush that would never amount to anything, because there was just NO WAY Reid would ever return his feelings. So, he could have his "harmless" little crush on Reid but still continue think of himself as being fully committed to reconciling with Noah.

I just don't think Luke was really so much in denial about the fact that he found Reid attractive, but that he had never even considered it even the remotest possibility that Reid could ever be attracted to him.

Is it me or did Van fall asleep with his hair it's all sorts of Crazy Angles when he First walks into the Hospital Room but then in the later scenes it's brushed down alot flatter.

Love Reid and Doogie's Interaction at the beginning :) One of the times I can stand Chris :)

Katie is awesome in this trying to be a Lure Cheerleader and egg luke onto how awesomest Reid is :)
