Inspiration is failing me on prompts 1-5 for now...
Six: He looks at her sorrowfully and Kara stares back balefully, resolution barely trumping shame and regret. Zak removes the last of his clothes from her bureau and dumps them in his bag, then heads for the door. Kara watches, unmoving, arms crossed, wondering how long it'll take for Lee to call.
Seven: They've been so careful ever since the broken glass incident, but when Lee goes back to War School, they see him off at the airport. Zak is hovering at her left shoulder, and a handshake would look too strange, so she hugs him goodbye, but when Lee's lips press wetly and discreetly to the right side of her neck, Kara has to swallow her whimper.
Thank you! That one reminded me of the beat in UB when she gives him the 'get up, you can do it bb' look privately while cheering Helo publicly. <3<3<3
LUCKY SEVEN PROMPTS: One: Write ten lines of dialogue between pilots who had drunken sex last night and are not talking about it. Ever.
Listen, I…
Don’t, OK? Just forget it.
What if I can’t?
You can.
What if I don’t want to?
Then don’t, I don’t care. We’re not discussing this again.
Kara, please. Last night was…
Amazing. And I don’t want you to ever bring it up again. Do you understand me? If you do, I’ll tell him. I swear to the frakking Gods, I will. I’ll tell him every detail.
Fine. But you can’t make me forget. I won’t.
Neither will I.
Two: Write a scene in four sentences in which K/L bond over something that would seem trivial to a passerby. While the other pilots laughed obliviously as Cally shuffled the next round, Kara reached surreptitiously under the table and into his pants pocket for whatever was making the little pouch. She’d been noticing it for a week now and it was starting to make her crazy with curiosity. He jumped startled as she pulled it free, but made no more to stop her from reading the slip of paper

“Frak, my head hurts. Please tell me I didn’t finish that last bottle of ambrosia.”
“You didn’t finish that last bottle, flyboy. I did. I’m pretty sure.”
“Hang on, where are my… Never mind. Don’t tell me. You’re not wearing… Oh gods.”
“Quit staring, you perv. Besides, I think you got an eyeful last night, from what I can remember.”
“You mean we…? Frak, Kara, I thought I was dreaming!”
“Why? You dream about me often? Oh, Lee, you do… You’re so cute when you’re blushing.”
“Listen, this wasn’t meant to… It’s against all the rules. And I’m supposed to be giving the example here.”
“Don’t worry, captain. Your reputation is safe. Besides, you know me. Ships in the night, remember?”
“Oh, come on, Kara, I didn’t mean it like this.”
“Frak you, Adama. And if you mention this again, I will kill you.”
