I am new with some questions

In one of my other groups, they started talking about no poo and I have tons of questions and am getting lost in all the info online. I have long-to my bra strap-thick wavy/curly hair with a horrible itchy scalp and awful dandruff that I use really harsh stuff to control. I did not have an awkward greasy period, but I also haven't gone more than a week without washing somehow since I went no-'poo (in the beginning of last October, for your reference). I simply ditched shampoo and replaced it with a baking soda/apple cider vinegar method. Generally, one can go for a longer time between washes with no-'poo. Apparently, people's sebum production goes crazy because it is used to overproducing because of the stripping quality of shampoo. Even when I go many days between washes, though, I do not experience the same kind or amount of greasiness as I did when using shampoo ( ... )

I've never used it, but olive oil is bad, you can only get it out with shampoo. There should be some tags about using oil to condition, but a lot of people use coconut oil or jojoba oil or other light oils. That's for deep conditioning or maybe a little for dry hair or dry ends ( ... )

When using any essential oil pit it in your vinegar mixture. And teatree oil actually does relieve itchiness and dandruff (I don't have dandruff)
