I'm new at this, but I've been reading, researching, and collecting data like crazy. I want to know if my understanding (gained mostly from reading the advice and opinions of the people here) is right. It's kind of in expository essay form, sorry. I am new with some questions

In one of my other groups, they started talking about no poo and I have tons of questions and am getting lost in all the info online. I have long-to my bra strap-thick wavy/curly hair with a horrible itchy scalp and awful dandruff that I use really harsh stuff to control.
