.15: "Now is a good time to eliminate outmoded concepts and beliefs"

I've thinking about my life now and my life then. The parallels and differences interest me. It seems I have clear lessons before me, based on what I was born to and what I've become now. There's an underlying sense that I need to work on understanding what I didn't before-- the female sex, for instance, or humility ( Read more... )

Oh dear! If it were anyone but you, sister mine, I would certainly refuse. I already regress too much as it is-- I can't believe I addressed Mr. Filch so rudely! If you would enjoy it, though, I will allow it.

We don't have much time before returning to the school, so let's save the tomb for another time. But we can see the film before then, I think. I'm not sure if Colin would still want to since it's us.

How sweet of you! I suppose we'd do well in Bollywood with our looks, not to mention it's in our home state.

As added incentive, I can guarantee bumshots of at least two actors. I haven't determined yet if it'll be more than that.

We will send a butler to clear the floo for you!

I find this all rather fascinating; do you think perhaps all of us have had past lives?

I'm not quite sure. It's sometimes said that only Hindus do, but I'm not purely Hindu and I know I had a past life. Buddhists also believe in past lives, but their conception is slightly different.

I think I would say that some people have no past life only because this is their very first. They will continue to lead many lives after this one.

Or it may be that only those who start as a Hindu will reincarnate, and we don't know the fate of those first born as something else.

Perhaps I am living my next life within myself which is why I'm back.

An interesting theory, for sure. If so, it's certainly extremely rare to return to one's last body, especially since that means returning in a body that's no longer really alive.

I don't mean to be insulting, Cedric, but that does sound like a lower state than if you reincarnated as a living human.
