Change in ad placement on site schemed posts

The placement of ads on site schemed post pages has changed. There used to be a skyscraper off to the right side. This would make the entire post lose about 220 pixels of space to the right side, continuing all the way down to the bottom of the page through all the threaded comments even though the ad had long ended. Ooh, actually I much prefer this new placement. I mean, given that I'm using greasemonkey to block the ads, the empty non-ad space is now much less intrusive.

Even with ads turned on, it bothers me less because I can just scroll past it, instead of having it screw up the layout of the whole page.

Good to know it's working out better for some--I think either right or between post and comments is going to split up users as to who likes which better!

I'd guess they're going to be styles with Sponsored links in them--similar. Probably available to Basic users, too, since they'd probably want as wide an adoption as possible.

Second commit includes text like: "Given an arrayref of layouts, figures out which are sponsored and moves them to the front of the array. Returns an array of sponsored layouts as well."

*I meant to say similar to the ...the...Appley Rotten & Co ones

The biggest hint, I think, is in the Second commit--all of the stuff that says "don't show to paid users".
