(This makes me think "Screw 'Super Size' - what McDonalds really needs is CFine Size." But then I realize that there'd be no way to control the national health crisis then, because the hotness of CFine mixed with the excess food would drop everyone from heart disease LIKE THAT.

As for the whole idea behind CFine-sizing it, I don't eat fast food (if you don't count Starbucks) so that wasn't the association, although I recognize the concern! Heh - I remember seeing icons that said "Starbucks now offers drinks in sizes: tall, grande, venti, and Winchester" so clearly it's adaptable to other fandoms. Especially fandoms that already spend a lot of time thinking about, um, cup sizes. :)
