yeah, I didn't see your tantrum *g*, but I go back and forth on whether I love or hate the show -- and I keep watching.

Altho my favorite moment of the episode was Chase's little smile at the end -- god they are just going to end in scalpels at dawn, aren't they?

Chase's little hat, in that final scene, is still making me smile today. I heard the actors who play Chase and Cameron are getting hitched, but their on-screen romance is not very romantic. (Dare I say, yet?) *g*

Oh, bless this episode. I was so emo when you had your tantrum. I didn't want you to give up on House. :: squeeze ::

I'm sorry my tantrum made you emo! :( I didn't want to give it up either, which is why I was so upset they kept screwing with quality characterization. Let's hope the show stays the course from now on.

Dude, there's no shame in going into detail about these scenarios on LJ! That's what LJ is for!! :)

... see, you know I'm weak. You really shouldn't encourage me.

(Besides, I've already typed up half of it in a locked private post, so maybe I'll finish and, um, share.)

Well, if you've already written it down, then I'd say it's practically a moral imperative!

But - I'm only writing this as a form of exorcism! So I can stop thinking about it! Honest!

... then again, since it's a moral imperative... *sigh*

Yes, yes, yes! I loved it SO MUCH!

The sandwich stealing scene was so great! It cracked me up because I never let Sir Pun eat anything in front of me without stealing some of it unless it's meat, chocolate or cucumbers. This conversation is often heard: "You said you weren't hungry." "Yes, but then I saw you eating." It's just so damn couple-y and LOVE! Food=love! Everyone knows it. And Wilson is the one House goes to for food. God, it's like they're writing it just for me!

And Cuddy! Oh god, she is so sexy! "I like him, and I like sex." I worship her! Before we got to the sandwich stealing, that was totally my favorite scene. She is sooo sexy! Did I say that already? It bears repeating!

"I don't think that metaphor was designed to actually warn cats" I just cracked up all over again reading that here. That really was a great line, wasn't it ( ... )

Pun, I'm so happy about this episode, I get all flaily when I think about it! Yes, yes, the food porn (god, I miss the days when they were living together and House kept eating Wilson's food!), and Cuddy (oh, CUDDY!), and House being fabulously himself with the PotW, and him gossiping with Wilson about transsexual preferences among the staff, and OMG jealousy... Yes - squee indeed!

I really do hope this is a sign of the return of our show's utterly kick-ass quality. You're totally right: it's so good when it's good! That's why it hurts so much when it's bad (and then fangirls throw tantrums on their LJs).

Yeah, weak here too. Now they have me conditioned to be pathetically grateful and almost happy when the ep doesn't make me want to break something.

The writer was Matthew Something-that-begins-with-a-Z-maybe. I checked at the beginning so I could turn off the TV if it was written by one of the drug-stupored usual crowd.

Yay for House/Wilson back in action! So the previous part of this season was all just a bad, bad dream, right??

They say that intermittent reinforcement is the best way to build really pathological, enduring bonds. The writers know this, you see...

Oh, you are so right. Being a House fan = GAMBLING. No wonder we're hooked! Although I must say I've never felt this way about black jack...

I think I'll pretend that the last season and a half had been a bad dream. It will help me cope with the emotional turmoil that is this gambling addiction. Be strong, my friend - you're not alone! *g*
