As of this morning, we are finally free of the townhouse in NC. A closing that was a full seven weeks in the making and that saw every delay imaginable... finally complete. I'm almost afraid to even believe it, but the good-for-nothing (no really) realtor says it's true... we even have it in writing. Now we just wait for the final documents and the ( Read more... )

Thank God it is over.
(which this post came as an absolute surprise, I thought it was already a done deal back on the 23rd of September......apparently I missed something.

Thanks! We gave it away, but at least we're done with it. I don't think the market's going to be looking up any time soon... so I'd rather take the hit now rather than a bigger one later.
