if you can believe it
As of this morning, we are finally free of the townhouse in NC. A closing that was a full seven weeks in the making and that saw every delay imaginable... finally complete. I'm almost afraid to even believe it, but the good-for-nothing (no really) realtor says it's true... we even have it in writing. Now we just wait for the final documents and the check that will finally put something other than pennies back into our almost non-existent savings account.
