Their relationship had always been more about closed doors and closed mouths than open displays of emotion. Everyone knew that; after all, scuttlebutt traveled faster around the ship than anything else, and Starbuck and Apollo were a hot topic.
Which is why the Dance came as such a surprise. Not the fighting-- that was perfectly normal for Lee and Kara-- but how much raw emotion came through with each harsh punch. That was nothing like them. The bystanders turned to each other, not sure whether to clap as they had for every other boxing match, or turn around and leave so as not to intrude upon such a clearly intimate moment any longer

So wonderful. There were moments of that ep where I felt bad because it was so raw and they're both people who don't share their emotions. You've really captured that feeling here. Great job.
