The Cats has been on insulin for a few days now. Injecting him hasn't been bad. He's going in Tuesday for another glucose measurement and a dose adjustment. I'm hoping to measure his glucose at home, but so far haven't been able to get a single drop of blood. anotherjen suggested I get the vet to walk me through it on Tuesday, so I'll do that. The Game was Ok but the Puppy Bowl was superior. You never see a corporate Football drone deciding to plop himself down and lay there in the middle of the playing field.

I really liked the movie Love Actually. I never did see Serenity, though Firefly is great.

Hopefully you'll be able to get this thing with your cat working more smoothley. One of my aunts used to have a dog (back in the early 80s and late 70s) that needed insulin injections regularly. It was odd. She'd say "Buffy,time for your insulin" and the dog would come over and lay down for her shots. Then Joyce would say "not that side. that's where you got it yesterday." And the dog would role over and present the other side of her belly. You'd think she wouldn't be so eager, like she'd resist getting them or something.
