Seriously? I think Paul can go fuck himself. I'd say d) but get some helpers to whom you can delegate tasks. As long as it's not a union show I bet there are dozens of people with the needed skillsets in the SCA.

I would strongly advise against D. You're never going to get these first few weeks back and having a majorly stressful and time consuming build just sounds like a bad idea.

Beyond that I'm not sure what to suggest.
