I'll own the bookstore next door, two-thirds used books and one third new, with plenty of eclectic tomes to go with the best sellers. I'll provide the wifi and can even handle the coffee (but it'll just be a pot of it, free to customers, a buck for anyone else with a mug). I'll close up for fifteen minutes at lunch to come over and get tea and ice cream and ask for your advice on window displays.
