I have always blindly believed that ‘tomorrow’ would come no matter what, as if that’s a common sense that everyone knows.

But in reality-That’s not how it is at all. 
Tomorrow may not always be there.

There are many artists (mostly non-professionals) whose work I seriously admire. 
When I see their work, my heart races.   
I aspire to draw/paint like them, while realizing that I still have a long, long way to go. 
I can clearly see that I still have so many areas which I can aim to improve.   
And…I feel that this is a very fortunate thing.

I have a tendency to think “…Oh crap!”  after I say something. 
I probably have made some people laugh with my thoughtless  words, but  I wonder how many people have I hurt with them... .
I should think  more carefully before I speak...though I'm not a quick thinker.

Sometimes, just randomly, I realize I miss Japan so much that it hurts.  
It’s like…this feeling slowly accumulates over a certain period, and just when it grows heavy enough, it strikes me at most random times (ex: Like when I’m eating…a Chinese food or something)

I want to be more in control of my emotions.  
I want to be peaceful at heart, I want to keep my eyes and my mind open.
I want to to be kind to others.

Such cliche, hypocritical-sounding wishes....
But I chose to write them to make them sincere someday.

I understand the value of “promise” (or “mutual agreement” or whatever) differs in people.  
And yet…I tend to forget.  
Nuaaahhhhh....

On other news…

Went to Odd/Even sing-off (one of my college’s tradition) last night.
I decided to join the Odds this year. I’m supposed to be an Even since I’m finishing college at the end of 2006, but because my official graduation date isn’t until May 2007…I told my self why not be an Odd. Besides, most of my friends are Odds, so it was really exciting to ( Read more... )
