...Was not all that eventful, actually. Went to Dale and Jennifer’s party last night at their new house on Oneida Lake. It’s not finished yet, but it’s getting there, and it’s gorgeous, with a beautiful view. Exciting but only because I had to help people shop in the dark. How bout you? You all okay down there and stuff?

We were/are fine. Power came back on after four hours. we kept the air conditioning off, but for most of life we didn't have so were use to it (another reason why my friends call me Amish). I was swimming in my friends pool when everything went out. And then, halfway through it, her aunt went into labor (The mother is fine, baby too. Girl, at 9:37; named: Isabella).

I even wanted to go Downtown to watch and help. Parentals wouldn't let *pout* but yeah, it would have been chaos. Most everything is back to order and cool.

What I want to know is what the fuck happened??? And it wasn't a damn lightning strike, I can tell you that right now.
