Body Organics in dance

Yesterday, at the suggestion of the lovely and wise anobion, I attended a workshop on Body Organics in Rhythm dancing at Panache, taught by Tom Slater (who is a world-champion dancer -- not just some dude). Dear Friend: I think you would love the NIA Technique. It is aerobic exericse/dance/meditation/martial arts all combined. Thanks for the summary of the class. Hopefully you will get to work more with Tom this year. I certainly enjoyed being able to take classes with him. I am so proud to hear your new understanding of pantheistic dance! *taps fingers together as if plotting* Hopefully there will be another workshop when I come to visit.
