A beautiful summer!

What a lovely summer we've had so far! It's been rainy and damp, but I prefer that over drought. My container gardens and flower beds love the rain, for the most part. A bit bummed that one of my containers of carrots got flooded. Lost all of them, alas. Still struggling to grow peppers, although moving the pots to a sunnier spot seems to have

I'm very glad for you, my dear friend, that you had so great weekend and read so wonderful books! Especially I appreciate "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". I could recommend you one book that quite reminds its style, but still didn't found any English translation.
