ROFL Yeah, his looked much better. Plus I overcooked it. Pretty dry.
Well, to update, I sliced it, breaded it, and fried it up in some olive oil after I had made the espinacas. I didn't have any cayenne pepper, but ended up using some pork rub I had sitting around instead. Gave it a strange flavor, but the way it was cut up made it look like small sausage patties. I think I should have added some Liquid Smoke to it instead.
I have plenty left over, and will probably eat a few with the stir fry I plan to make tomorrow.
